11 brave souls thumbed their nose at the consistent rain we have been experiencing and made it out to this week’s edition of Splinter Group. Remarkably the rain held off during our time in the gloom allowing the boys of Splinter to do their respective run/walk/ruck thing in the dry. Here is what the runners did: we moseyed down to the East Blvd entrance to the Greenway and headed “up stream” to the hospital exit. Exiting the Greenway we crossed Kings, went up Brunswick, took a left up the Ardsley Road hill and turned right on Queens. After a jaunt up Hopedale we finished our 3 plus mile run with a trip down Sherwood and a run back up Radcliffe to home base.
Great morning to be out! Awesome turn out for what could have been a unpleasurable morning. The men of Splinter never disappoint! Till next time, Aye!
