Return of the Man

The BackBlast:

14 showed up on F3Ski Saturday including Skyline, F3 spotlight star Khloe and 1 FNG.
What We Did –
– Wilson got the approval to get going right at 7 am and we headed down Park to St Pats lot for warm ups.
– Up Dilworth Rd to Lingamore and back down to base of WaverLee.
– 2 trips up WaverLee that included backwards run with Squats at 1st cross street and burpees at top.
– Mosey to St Pats playground where we did 3 rounds of dips, derkins and pulls – 5/10/15.
– Off to base of Romney where we partnered up. Partner 1 did 5 squats, Partner 2 jogs up Romney, Partner 1 chases and switches. Continued this to Myrtle.
– Mosey down Berkley to Lafayette to Mt Vernon to Covenant.
– circle up with Peter Parker’s and SSHs.
– Mosey down Dilworth to Berkley. Up Berkley to DWE playground. Repeat 3 rounds of derkins, dips and pulls.
– To Grinder for Jack Webbs.

Moleskin –
– 14 started, but only 13 finished. Wilson lead Lee, Skyline (Kotter), Khloe, XX, Newport, Bakemas(FNG), Cream Cheese, 40 Thieves, Scrooge, Seat Geek, Khardashian, Boat Misser and Oswald (left early)
– The Latta pax welcomed Bakemas. He is from Boston and is a big Pats fan. With no MLF to lead the discussion, the group debated 2 names – Anne Michael or Bakemas. The winner was Bakemas – Drake Maye’s wife’s social media baking event at Christmas.
– we covered only 3.7 miles, but it was a well rounded workout. Never ask Scrooge for a 10 count.
– large crowd considering many were at Alta looking for some snow to ski on. Tassels is on that trip and went out rooting for a large amount of snow.
– Wilson did a great job keeping the Pax together while ignoring their comments.
– Seat Geek is now a resident of Huntersville, but made the long trip down to Latta. The pax could not understand why he moved all the way up to Huntersville instead of just buying in Myers Park.
– Khloe was autographing the F3 newsletter where he was highlighted. For what, we don’t know.
– Big basketball game today – NC state plays Va Tech.
– We were all thrilled to see Skyline back. Almost 2 months to the day of surgery.
– Nash could not make it today, but it sounds like things are better and will see him in a few weeks.
– Next week we have Lee. No additional comments needed.
