The Thang:
Call it RingRun Friday edition or pearls on a string… we got a police escort down Sedley, to right on Arbor Way, SilverBell, Columbine then back to Clematis, Edenton and up the Valencia Terrace hill. Then back to launch… we did stuff too, including side shuffle and side lunges for some ass work. 3.7 miles on the strava. Fin.

Moleskin:
Route incorporated spots we rarely hit despite close proximity. There was 50% chance we (i) got lost in the Columbine half circle area. Today the compass worked… Knuckles sighting – who led a round of merkins and still got back home in time for the school day… Temperatures solidly in the 50s brought out every pumpkin spice/fall/sweater joke. Same ol’ jokes- still good… Autumn wardrobe hit the runway as well. Swingline went with the euro-esque skinny shmedium turkey trot shirt. YHC debuted the Scrooge-approved, triple-fluorescent orange TourDeMetro long sleeve tee. Hollins was the smartest one after the first mile: short sleeves. We’ll see if he can do that in the 40s, highlands-style.
