Shuffling more than the deck

Warm-a-Rama: 30 SSH, 10 Sharon Towers, then we mosied around Queens University and made some stops for some Sweatin’ to the Oldies in a tabata fashion (The Who, Springsteen, Tom Petty, AC DC, etc. being the “Oldies”)

– Thanks to Hasselhoff for savin’ my bacon by providing the tabata timer and tunes
– Nibbler has sworn to paint the exterior of all Two Buck Saloons yellow and blue to support Ukraine
– Van Winkle tried, and may have convinced, Trader into joining his BRR team
– Skoal Bandit informed me that he was the one that influenced Bulge and Gandalf into running with a kettlebell at Split Endz last Monday
– Ernie said that KofQ is too slow for him and he’s off to SIB next Tuesday – “Watch your ass, Nash!”

While all of this was occurring, we did a bunch of merkins, flutters, heels to heaven, dry docks, LBC’s and more that my poor old noggin’ can’t recall. Distance was around 1.5 miles
