Carrier appeared out of the gloom as he likes to do after some undisclosed “warm up” activities joining Streets and the Q just in time to begin the tour. Stop 1 = alley by parking deck. Stop 2 = top of deck. Stop 3 = fountain by library. Stop 4 = admissions front door. Stop 5 = sculpture park. Stop 6 – picnic tables. end back at home base for some planks.

Light crowd this morning as several regular brothers are still spending time at elevation, had one at the coast and one in NYC – The Q is confident that they self-imposed a beatdown upon themselves regardless of location. Amazingly low amount of mumble chatter given the playlist and shoulder intense selection of exercises. Always a pleasure to start the day with this group!
