Rolled into the Bandit AO 10 minutes early and 5 pax were already present. What a way to show up.
Jumped out of the car, grab the flag and told the pax to join me. 0525 and we’re up to 10 pax. Solid numbers.
1 minute warning and we’ve got 20 pax circled up by the flag and more still rolling in.
0530 and a courtesy round of SSH was called to give time for the pax to catch up.
With everyone now together we set off up East BLVD stopping at the 5th/3rd Bank for COP. - Plank - Shoulder Taps - Merkins - Peter Parker’s - Parker Peter’s
Sufficiently warmed up be recovered and shot over to Red27 to partner up. Pretty straightforward thang... Partners go the opposite direction and zipper down Scott & Kennelworth. Stopping for 10 derkins each.
Plank at the bottom waiting for the 6.
Recovery then over to CMC parking deck. Easy thang here... Run up the ramp, 5 Merkins at each turn. Plank at the top. (Not sure why planking is hard for pax to do).
Recover and back down via the stairs.
Same thang except with 3 burpees at each turn. Plank at the top.
Programming Note: Garage Ramps are never ending. This took longer than anticipated. We were going to get 5 rounds in. Fortunately I call an audible.
Back down the stairs and out of the garage for LBC until all pax were out.
Head to the base of Scott & Kenelworth. Zipper back up with your partner knowing out derkins.
Head back to 5th/3rd bank holding up for the 6. All accounted for, on quick time down spider walking down the bars of the ramp then AYG back to the flag. This was a bit of a show as 23 pax had to do this while we only had 2 minutes and 1/3rd of a mile back to the flag.
Some pax arrived on time, others were late. All waited for COT.
NMM - Great to have so many pax join me this morning. Some of which I asked to join me and most where there because they knew it would be an epic Q. It was. - We had wide range of ages with span of 29 years apart. Impressive to manage a q for young guns and respect that just don’t slow down. - Rube is looking for Qs at BHM. Sign up
