All we heard about all week was how excited Doobie was to finally get to Q Sparta on Friday…. then he sleeps in. I took the first part, which turned into the whole part.
Did the Devil’s Triangle, merkins on the speed bumps, then down the other side of the triangle
Back up again with merkins at the speed bumps and LBCs at the intersections
A trio of trips up Barry’s Stairway to Heaven, before heading over to Lowe’s store for Jacobs Ladder, merkins and squats
Slaughter, a true HIM, commented on my speed as i passed him ever trip up the ramp, encouraging words
And then it was AYG because it wasn’t a planned workout, and people had places to go and people to see
The whole time we kept thinking Doobie would wake up, walk out his front door, and join the pax
