14 Pax made the correct choice and posted at Sparta. Metros finest Friday workout.

Plan was simple:
0530 SSH for any late arrivals. Nobody else showed.

Out of SFMS parking lot to Ideal Way. Up to the light rail. Stopping to pick up Scrooge (The6) to do some random exercises.

Along the light rail past Suffolk Punch over to the Millennium Block Corner. Partner up. P1 does block presses and curls while P2 runs to Suffolk Punch and back. Swap.

one round was all the pax could handle.

Time was tight so put back along the light rail towards Circle K. Hang a left on Hartford. Along Hartford, stopping at the intersections for 20 merkins all the way to Auburn. As expected, about a 10 % compliance among pax. Pax from Kansas City would not be pleased.

Head across Cindy’s wife’s campus over to Marshall road. Final push back to COT.

Some arrived at 0615, others were late. They should run faster.

– Marylin was present, but more quiet than Maybe
– Misenhiemer asked us not to pass his house so he led us through Cindy’s Wife’s campus
