Speed of Light

The BackBlast:

Six smelly souls showed-up. That’s close to a “She sells sea shells”… Sorry, off topic. So, they showed-up and then they showed-out.

The Thang:
Head up East towards South Blvd. Stop at Asheville Place for some SSH. Keep going up to Fed-Ex & stop again for some Merkins and LBC’s. All the way to South, stopping about every two to three blocks for miscellaneous exercises (Flutters, Planks, Diamond Merkins, etc). Turn right at South and head to Park Ave and duck down there towards Latta (where we do not run into Chimay dragging around the Phoenix pax). Right on Cleveland and left on East to back home. Again, every few blocks we are stopping for some exercises till we get to Kenilworth. After that intersection, it’s just a straight mosey back to base. 3.7 miles for the total.

NMM:
– Tassels thinks that he “correctly disposed of” the hard drive with all of his “fun files” (this was after getting free legal advice from Glad Hander on Saturday). Who knew that it would only cost $500,000 to get your name redacted.
– Slaughter doesn’t like to count to thirty. It reminds him that he’s twenty years past that.
– Why does Mr. Bo drive an International CXT? What does he do???
– Stogie just IS. Calm, cool and collected, as always.
– Lucky was being nice today and not out-pacing the Six by 50yds during the run. Or was that the Q he was staying back with… My bad, the Q and the Six were the same. He’ll leave me in the dust tomorrow at T3.
– YHC was leading from behind again. Which sorta worked and that is better than it not working at all.

I took us out. Keep Yuengling and LIBOR’s families in your thoughts – they’ve both recently welcomed baby daughters into the world. Claire is 5 weeks old and Margot is 3 days old.
