Six Pax hit the #T3 dance floor for some fine summer breeze, and six rounds of Tabata and Hot Laps. Mountain Climbers, Squats, Lawn Mowers, Plankorena, Curls/Upright Row, Mary.
Mumble chatter was low today with the exception of Skyline mumbling to himself! Was probably the fine smell and sweet sounds provided for our enjoyment by Charlotte’s very own sanitation department.
