Taint Frostbite

The BackBlast:

8 hearty souls showed up at Latta this am. Dos Equis was worried he would be the only one to show up this am, but the pax did not disappoint.
What We Did –
– Headed up Park to Euclid for quick warm ups, then headed to the Y deck.
– Up the ramps with merkins and squats at each floor.
– Wall sits with air presses at top
– Down stairs and mosey to rail trail, then to Flower Child for dips
– Follow Camden to Lowe’s deck.
– Gather for Mary, then up the ramps with Carolina Dry-Docks and squats at each floor.
– The last ramp was a skating rink, but we braved the weather for Ukrainian Twists and Rosalita’s
– Down the stairs and mosey back to Latta.
– Stop at DWE playground for several rounds of pulls
– Latta Grinder for 2 rounds of air raids.

Moleskin –
– We covered about 4 miles. XX lead Runaround, Sheep, Tassels, Rube, Sauté/Pate, Cream Cheese and Wilson.
– XX showed up in shorts, a light pullover, baseball hat and no gloves. Sauté was covered head to toe and luckily had 2 pairs of gloves so he could give XX 1 pair.
– Today’s workout was business casual for Wilson. He showed up wearing a sweet pair of suede boots.
– Borderline Kotter, Runaround, looked like Leonardo DiCaprio in the Revenant.
– Thanks to a mighty wind, we were all subjected to taint frost bite while doing Rosalita’s. It was refreshing.
– We learned that organic mattresses are a thing.
– Safe travels to those headed to F3 Ski next week. Also, safe travels to Rube – headed to SB with his dad, who is a patriots fan. You all will miss the return of Nash to Latta.
– No football this weekend, so enjoy the snow. Nothing better than day drinking during a snowstorm.
