Here's what we did:
Warmup in the Selwyn teachers lot: SSH, Sharon Towers, Dying Cockroach, MC, L/R Hip/ Hammy stretch.
Mosey to the MPHS Colony Rd. Entrance, plank for the six. Mosey to the school side of the newly paved tennis courts.
Buddy B.L.I.M.P.S - Partner 1 to the end of the tennis courts and back, Partner 2 does the called exercise. 6 rounds. Nibbler loved this the most.
Mosey to the MPHS parking lot by the auditorium. Backwards run the hill, 20 monkey humpers at the top. 3 rounds.
Find your partner for a quick alternating pull up ladder - 1 to 7 and back down.
Short mosey to the bench courtyard -
Round 1: Step-ups, sit-ups, and Derkins (hold decline plank at the end)
Round 2: Step-ups, Jacknives, and Decline Hip Slaps (hold decline plank at the end)
Round 3: Step-ups, Heels to Heaven, and Decline Dry Docks (hold decline plank at the end)
Mosey back to Senator Ramos' annex for some people's chair to close it out.
