The Thang: Short COP... then 30 minutes of walking the terrain with bells (Suffolk Punch, Macys parking lot, Symphony hill). Exercises while walking: curls, skullcrushers, TPP, hi pulls... at stops, we had other fun. Example: bootyswings, renegade rows, weighted birdfeeder... partner work running the hill with cleans, snatches, and some other... filled in with core work/shoulders on the hill and at the flag. Fin.
Moleskin: Musical accompaniment was the bootcamp mix which was confusing to the Metallica fans in the Lift n Shift family... Gizzard completely ignored the plank option on the hill runs- and lived to tell about it... few pax like hamstring exercises (birdfeeders, deads) and back exercises but they're majorly underutilized in metro- get some... Gump- first timer! we shouldve given him some form pointers. But he's young, he'll be fine. Great to have u, LB... diverse group of pax today with some Cotswoldians included.
