The BackBlast:
A lively crew of hecklers joined for my first Q at Big Hair Monday.
The pax started with some side shuffles on the freedom park tennis courts, and we quickly pivoted off the court after the overwhelming stench of what was likely a dead animal was too much for some of the weaker constitutioned pax to handle.
After a breezy entry into freedom park, we stopped at the pull up bars for a bench dip/pull up rotation. Next was a Merkin/wind sprint mix at the PB parking area.
The pax moseyed up east blvd, into an unintentional convergence with the Latta pax. After a brief display of of our dominance and superiority, we ran to the Atrium parking deck (with the pax almost running into a homeless person while rounding a street corner, fortunately we maneuvered like a school of fish and the pax prevented any injuries).
After Reconverging with the Latta pax at the parking deck roof and Redisplaying our dominance, we looped round to the SC greenway, making a brief pax stop at the candles for Diego.
To finish – the pax made a quick return down the greenway with a couple quick stops for Merkins and dips along the way.
Moleskin – apparently the workout wasn’t enough for Rube. He added about a mile run into both ends. 5:30 is too early for me, but felt like a great buy in for the day.
