Who’s the Weakest

The BackBlast:

Chimay surveyed the meager crowd, chose the weakest of the litter as Q of the day, and the event was on.
1. Big block tour took us around Freedom Park and then to Atrium main campus, new building project. 3.5 miles, total.
2. Exercises, when executed at all, were largely poor form except for the pitch-perfect MonkeyHumper. Crowd fave.
3. There was self-reflection and some concern expressed about inadequate body parts below the belt.
4. Chimay, who does not say a lot, had a lot of criticism for li’l Shiner’s attempt at squats.
5. Slightly suspicious, “MAGA Maybe” is a newly adopted moniker by @RealMaybe.
6. Curly noted that sweat easily rolled off his bald head at near 100% humidity.
7. Smack talk carried the day for an unplanned workout.

Sweat-fest COT concluded with normal menu of announcements, prayer requests, and prayer.
