Five of us made the mistake to show up and run 3.4 miles down the rabbit hole this morning. Bit of a late start, as Beethoven & Kneebiter (playing the part of Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum) showed up in the clown car 45sec late – though for them, that may still be counted as “early”. The March Hare (Rugburn) actually arrived later than the Tweedles. So, the Mad Hatter started doing Side-Straddle-Hops till they were in formation (17). Imperial Walkers (13), then Grapevine Stretches. Mosey. Nutshell: 1/3 of a mile and stop for Merkins. 1/3 of a mile and LBC’s. Repeato with Diamonds/Flutters/Dry Docks/Crucible Merkins/etc. 20min in and turn around and do the same thing on the way back.
Beethoven – Moana is in town and got to see our lead guitarist play the main stage at 24HOB
Kneebiter – admits to being a masochist and likes having coupons thrown at his head.
Rugburn – on the constant search for solid assistants as he looks to carpet the continent
Backup – why run at a consistent speed when you can do sprints instead
