The Thang:
Roundabout mosey to Macys and back to Barclay Downs Dr for COP… mosey up the hill to the short parking deck. Partner up for down/up parking deck x4 each with lunges/squats and partner merkins… repeato x2 backwards up the deck… mosey over to Legion Brewing for handrail pullups/squats/lunges… mosey back to the bells for ladders. Highlights: Iversons, RenegadeRows, Louganis’s… throw in some harder stuff at the end. Fin.

NMM:
The soundtrack today was half St Lucia Carnival and the other half… wait for it… metal. St Lucia was hilly af so we hit a one-level repeater. The St Lucians are also a lil backwards so backwards run in few spots. We did not push local dance on the pax but we did limbo the pullup bars… Bell work repeats was standard fare but learned Scrooge’s first hair band (Quiet Riot) and heard one of Titan’s favorite songs (Handlebars)… elsewhere, Pitino was also a half step slow with me, coming off of trip to Hilton Head… Geppetto has a national plan to woo millenials… Smothered’s third child is imminent. SiteQ election winner and now this!!… Sable and Titan were divying up BRR legs- wooof… roughly 2.4miles on the strava today.

In addition to the fun, Booty volunteers needed for BBQ cookin (Thurs night), setup on Friday 3-5pm, pizza handout help Friday at midnight (at bootyville, for the riders, not F3 boozers)
