Mosey down Camila to COP at Carmel Middle… continue down Camila with ChuckWoolerys and or mosey to the bottom aka OneEye Lane… Commence Monkeyhumpers… mosey over to Morrowick Circle Dr for partner catchmeifucan: 1partner backwards run, other partner 7squats and chase… over to Colony for Pocahontas Run up the hill to New City Church… rounds of pullups/legs… time for one more merkin to sprint the length of the parking lot. Fin.

Moleskin:
2 yellow buses approved of our workout with honks… almost got roadkilled on Camila but we cockroached out of the way just in time… would like to see the video quality on OneEye’s Ring door cam. Well, Maybe not… indian run, native american, elizabeth warren, pocahontas… road less travelled: timekiller at the small New City junglegym instead of the dip/derkin walls… special guest Gizzard rucked up on us just in time for take out.
