8 Pax braved the humidity and heat at Razor-S-Edge this morning. I brought the pain, along with my miniature dachshund, Puddles. I don’t know who slacked off more: Puddles the dog or Scrooge getting there five minutes late!
Various circuits around the church parking lot. Merkins, squats, and lunges galore. Did my baby soft hands wish I had brought gloves? Yes! Did I sweat like crazy? Also yes.
Hit up calves on the church steps to get everyone achy. Also borrowed some workouts from P90X and T-25 (because I am as creative as a ham sandwich on a workday).
I am not the person to say this (Because I have been slacking in attending workouts lately) but a couple of new faces today which was great! Scooter came down from Concord (probably because Scrooge somehow got his number and texted him 15 times!).
Overall great workout and thanks to all who attended.
