The BackBlast:

I didn’t plan on getting injured ( it was all Nibbler’s fault) .  So I didn’t plan on taking 3 months off from being a Q.  And I didn’t plan on being late by a week with the backblast.

 

I guess you could say I have a planning deficiency.

 

And yet, this workout started exactly on time and followed a very detailed plan.  You see, even an absence of planning can’t effect the strictest of standards.   Upon conclusion of the standard the following plan was executed.

5 Inboards

At the conclusion of these 5 exercises 5 parking lot sprints

Mosey to the Temple

5 Chest Press Left

5 Chest Press Right

5 Tricep Extension

Repeat 5 times

Mosey to Folsum for 5 Sprints

5 Bulgarian Split Squats Left

5 Bulgarian Split Squats Right

5 Baryshnikov  Squats Left

5  Baryshnikov Squats Right

5 goblet squats

Repeat 5 times

5 more sprints

 

Mosey to the bleachers

5 Toe Hook sit ups

5 LBC

5 Bicycle

5 Schmear

5 Flutter

No time for sprints

NMM:  Glad that I had a plan since TML showed up. It’s not exactly an audit, but it is kind of like having Julia Child show up in your kitchen to watch you cook.  You just grip the whisk a little tighter.

 

Great  to be back leading this group again.  Diamondhead is the original KB beatdown, and It’s kind of like hanging out with J. Geils backstage.
