EHing on the Run

The BackBlast:

Tuesday night at Punch Bowl is the spot to be. 9 pax showed up for a tour of South End.

Out for a mosey down the light rail all the pax did was work on EHing guys. One EHed runner followed us into a dead end… literally. Thought I’d test his commitment and I called burpees. He wasn’t ready for that. He didn’t do a single one and was instantly named Cindy. Look for that guy at Caddyshack or Ranger.

After that subpar performance, Cindy the Runnwr, followed us along South BLVD for a while until we hit the Atherton Mill stairs. More exercises were called he had enough. We did 3 rounds up the stairs and down the ramp with partners completing 100/200/300 of dips, squats, and LBCs respectively.

Back over the the light rail for more EH-ing. Sycamore brewing is gone, construction is all over, and EH-ing was less than optimal on that side. We moved on and headed back to the flag. It was time finish up and get to the 2nd F recap.

If you haven’t tried punch bowl, get out there at 0545 on Tuesday. Great pax and more great opportunity to EH more.
