Grass Circuit – Back to our roots.



The BackBlast:

Great work this morning and thanks again for the opportunity to lead Black Widow.  Shout out to Grizzly, Pepe and Patino and the other site leaders for keeping this work out one of the best in the Metro and of course, Huddle and 50 Shades.

Push at 530 sharp, with BackUp leading the charge out of the rear parking lot.  Quick mosey to Providence, a couple of karaoke trips through Providence Prep before heading directly to the “original” AO at Trinity Pres.

COP in the grass in front of the church, SSH x 20, plank jacks x 20, Grapevine stretch, Parker peter and peter parkers X 15, slow squat X 15.

Circuit around church (0.5 miles each) X 3 (or 4 if you are up front) – Dips and derkins at wall (in grass), turkish get ups at back lot (in grass), decline wide arm merkins at baseball field (in grass), military sit ups at pine tree ( in grass), and finally 5 burpies at start ( in grass).  I know, a lot of grass…a bit itchy but easy on those bones.

Mosey to hot box, partner up, P1 run to opposite end – 5 pull ups, P2 overhead press with coupon, flapjack and repeat with curls, squats and overhead coupon hold.

Head back to AO, 10 burpies OYO.
