Today was largely a repeat of Tuesday at ALS.

 

We did four exercises (something standing up (SSH), Merkin (Manmaker), Ab (knee-up) and a stretching exercise), then moved outside. (Cooler that way.)

Another set of four exercises.

Found a line in the parking lot and did 20 jumping over the line in cadence 3 times with a stretching exercise in between.

Then to the greenway for dips and another set of four exercises.

To the bottom of the stairs for 4 more.

Next, 5 Mike Tysons, climb the stairs, 5 Burpees, return and repeat 5 times. I could not keep up with Grapevine.

Next, rails for countdown from 10 Outboards, 10 Derkins, 9 Outboards, 9 Derkins, etc.

Next, to the top of the deck for four more exercises.

Next, to ground level for People’s Chair air press, BTTW hip slaps, 15 Donkey Kix OYO, People’s Chair Muhammad Ali, BTTW Australian Mountain Climbers, 15 Donkey Kix OYO, People’s Chair Milkers, BTTW toe taps, 15 Donkey Kix OYO.

Finished up with Grapevine stretch and 1 minute of 6-inch leg lift.
