15 Strong today at ALS on a muggy morning. Here’s what we did:
Mosey to the AG Teachers lot for warmup: SSH, Sharon Towers, Squat, IW, MC, L/R Hip/Hammy stretch, flutters, L/R Windshield Wiper stretch.
Mosey to the Folsom Prison far end of the court for a Jacob’s Ladder: 7 rounds on the stairs, 14, 12, 10, 8,6,4,2 counts on the leg lifts on the fence.
Mosey to the picnic shelter just below Folsom. 15 dips, backwards up the hill to the circle, 15 monkey humpers, 5 rounds.
Mosey to the Selwyn Teachers Lot for a round of Ring of Fire: name an exercise, run to the end of the lot, 5 burpees, and back, next man goes (Etc.).
End precisely at 6:15 and everybody went once.
Moleskin:
Strong group today. Pigskin, Foghorn, Sunshine, and Charcoal leading the pack. Lots of chatter, which is normal for ALS. Good to see Raid and Spock (back from a long layoff)
