Since progress, aka apartment construction, has consumed most of the traditional Attila AO, we have had to become more creative in finding good workout spots. One hidden gem in the Mecklenburg County Parks and Rec world is Pearl Street Park. It is a bit of a hike across ferocious traffic for Attila pax to reach, but reach it we did, and here is what we did when we got there. At the PSP Pavillon we partnered up and did several 100 count reps of 4 exercises. The Pavillion provided a great acoustic setting for the playlist of the best songs played at Halftime of Super Bowls through the years. As you may know the NFL just announced that Bad Bunny would be the featured performer at Super Bowl LX. I am sure Mr. Bunny will do a great job but give me the Univ of Arizona band, the featured performer at the first Super Bowl and I am good.
We hung out a PSP for a while and then finished up with some greenway work and the fire escape stair trifecta on the back side of the bank building and up the parking deck.
A great morning and great group of guys driven by the mantra of Make Atilla Great Again. We borrowed that from someone. Not sure who, though.

Glad you mentioned Pearl Street Park in your backblast, because Attila will soon be moving its launch spot to a parking lot at the park. Targeting the first workout of 2026 to launch from that new spot. All part of MAGA – Make Attila Great Again!
