Familar faces attended from far away Metro. An AO showcase was necessary…
The Thang:
Parking deck ramps, stairs, kbells, metal.

2.3miles on the strava: Capital Towers mosey, once up the ramps, twice up/down the stairs, return trip. If anyone knows how strava equates for stairs, pls educate me… music was nearly top40ish but no benson boone or teddy swims. Eminem, Ozzy, and Bad Religion provided the Q some cred… YHC’s first kbell work in a month and the 35# was loaned out. The 44 is gonna leave a mark… We used shoulder/back classics and some irregulars: BootySwings, Louganis’s, weighted GraysonAllens, cleans, snatches… music consisted of Metallica and that handlebar song Titan likes… Bulge’s digestive system was working normally (for him), Slice is ok with his BDC exposure, PBR was game for whatever we threw at him, Swiper lifted, 100% Karen didnt like the running part, Sable hasn’t lost a step, Waffle will be a favorite in MetrOlympics, Smothered was excited by the headcount.
No announcements at COT but brain working better now: FilmFest deportation party next Thursday March 12 at 530pm at Sir Edmund Halley’s… there’s a race in Ballantyne on Sat March 28 (half marathon, 5mile): titan, geppetto, yhc running.
