Wrapped my first 100 days as South Nantan, celebrated at the Worm yesterday, needed a recovery day. Time’s flying, here’s what you actually care about:
Metro South cologne? Is still in the works
15 year anniversary? Plans are coming together
The Top Workouts I’ve suffered through so far(I’ve hit 18 of 26 and happy to Q if you need it):
Ring Run two weeks ago (Pitino) – 4.7 miles, everyone sharpened, no one left behind.
Bastion in June (Bulge) – Made Film Fest go quiet but needs strengthening of his COT
Caffeine in April (Oz) – Shook up a sleepy Sunday workout with small tweaks—good stuff.
Honorable mentions (Sausage, Jailbait)- Sausage left Chocolate in the cloisters in April and we think our lovable Greek Hershey Bear is over it. Jailbait is on his third lead.
Coming Up:
24 Hours of Booty (7/25–26) – Haywood’s yard at 1645 Queens Road West (Corner of Bucknell) Porta John provided (you’re welcome from Forge). Snoop, Kodak & Orlando rucking, pushing, triathloning for cancer. Booty’s 24th year—he’s raised $30M in all these years. I’ll send out a pre blast.
Other Dates:
Labor Day Convergence (9/1 TBD), 15 Year Celebration/Come to the Table @ Duke Mansion (12/17), F3 Dads Camp (Aug 15–17, already 100+ signed up), and big 15-Year Anniversary events next January.
