1. Situation
The Problem: A widespread “bystander effect” has taken root. Our nation is waiting for a “knight in shining armor” to solve systemic issues, resulting in a vacuum of local leadership.
The Enemy: Apathy, the myth of the “born leader,” and the expectation of external rescue.
The Context: The United States is a self-governing republic. It functions only when individuals take responsibility for the dignity, justice, and liberty of their own communities.
2. Mission
F3 men will mobilize to master the skill of leadership via the Q Source (F3’s Manual of Virtuous Leadership) to invigorate local communities and fulfill the promise of a “more perfect union” set forth by the Founding Fathers.
3. Execution
Intent: To transform “bystanders” into “virtuous leaders.” We treat leadership not as an innate trait, but as a technical skill—like a musical instrument—that requires relentless practice to be developed.
Scheme of Maneuver:
1. Phase I (Assembly): Gather at designated Q Source AOs.
2. Phase II (Instruction): Weekly Deep-dive study of the Q Source manual.
3. Phase III (Application): Export learned leadership virtues into the home, workplace, and community.
Success Criteria: Transformation of every F3 PAX into a Force Multiplier—identified by their community not just as a fixer, but as the catalyst who turns bystanders into solution-providers.
4. Administration & Logistics (The “Where and When”)
All personnel are to report to their respective AO (Area of Operations) for weekly briefings:
Metro North – Saturdays – 0800 – Giddy Goat (South End)
Metro South – Sundays – 0800 – Panera (Cotswold)
Supplies Required: F3 Manual of Virtuous Leadership (Q Source), an open mind, and a willingness to practice.
5. Command & Signal
Chain of Command: Self-governing republic model. You are the leader you’ve been waiting for.
Unit Cohesion: F3 Regions (Metro North / South)
Call to Action: “If not us, then who? If not now, then when?”
Nothing will happen until the People realize that we are the solution.
LFG
Agree. No amount of federal government financial assistance will, by itself, solve local problems. We cannot outsource this task to the government.
