The PAX rolled hard in the #suck this morning. Lots of up and downs for the #Adventist hill, we don’t know what form of Christianity is taught in this school, but hopefully it is the good kind. The kind that makes God-loving, pure bred christians who are not conforming to this world. you know Romans 12:2….do that.

YHC had thought of bringing back partner carries and wheelbarrows as those are a dying exercise in the annals of F3 metro lore. Will the PAX perform these uncomfortable movements?

How about the OG Nantan rolling in to Promo in an all-black #EV. The Nantan sees where things are heading and is not waiting for someone to tell him what to do. Though he still doubts #ClimateChange, decisions had to be made about lowering is emission output. If on the next #Caffeine you see solar panels being installed over in #FCroft, then we will know the Nantan is ready for the next century.

The lesson learned was nothing new under the sun, God gives each of us deep hurts, obstacles, problems, and weaknesses throughout our lives. At the end of the day, we need to “lean in” #millenial to them and ultimately embrace the situation that we have been placed in. Can we solve this problem? Is it an unsolvable condition? What help do I actually need? I am striving to be open, honest, and accepting of the difficulties I face. I want empathy and validation, but more importantly I want to implement solutions. I want to put one foot in front of the other and move forward despite whatever sin is entangling me. I realize that overcoming huge obstacles leads to redemption and impact on those around me. Our family, brothers, and community need us to get stronger and make even more impact to those around us. Whatever my affliction is or was in the past will now be my source of power to help others who need it. With that said, I really suck at empathy and I have a short temper at times. I am praying to be a more kind and patient person with my wife, kids, and brothers who need my emotional support instead of problem solving ability.
