Foos Fault



The BackBlast:

About 2 weeks ago, Foo told everyone that the schedule was wide open as far as the eye can see and people needed to sign up or Piggy would. However, he was incorrect. I had already signed up for today, as My Sharona discovered when he tried to sign up. But, it’s wide-open until May 25. Here’s your opportunity to Q and pick your own music to listen to.

Welcome to FNG Coney! He’s from New York City and went to Wake Forest. Suggested names were De Blasio and Hot Dog but we settled on Coney.

Good to have Midget back from the mountains. Must have had a little moonshine to deliver.

Great crowd today! 19 in total, ranging in age up to 79 (Money).

We did the extended moving warm-up; run a short distance, do 4 exercises (one vertical, one stretching, a variety of merkin and an ab), then run to the next place, etc. Four stops, total of 16 exercises ending up at the BB court.

Then, 5 minutes of burpees. I have a tabata timer. It will signal the start of a minute every minute. Each minute, you do N Burpees and then rest when you’re done until the start of the next minute. For me, N = 10. So, it’s 50 Burpees in 5 minutes. This is definitely a “you-vs-you” exercise.

Next, mosey to the front porch wall for:

Next, to the Temple for Angry Donkeys, a set of 11s with People’s Chair Air Press and Donkey Kix.

Then 3x 10 Mike Tysons, 10 Squats

Back to the ALS portion of the parking lot for some ab exercises.
