In honor of Veterans Day, we added an element to name-o-rama where the PAX dedicated today’s workout to a Veteran that has had impact on their life.   Today’s workout was dedicated to the following heroes:

Pat Tillman, Bob Haven, Carly Moore, Capt. Rod Damridon, Capt. Edwards, Otis Lamberth, Walter Archer, Mr. Martin, Isaac Kyle, Bill Fitzhugh, Anthony Martinez, Cecil, Brad Simpson, and Dwight Homer Gager.

Thank you to all those men and women who have served before us and who defend our nation now to allow for the incredible freedoms that we enjoy each and every day.

Thank you Eminem for taking us out.

Sign up for “Freed to Bleed”. Even as an alternate and come out for the fellowship.

Thanks for the opportunity to lead this group on this special day. // Foghorn
