Hush with those tic tacs

There’s never a good moment to take a last minute Q, but Swap was DR today and needed a fill in. Last minute, we took a trip down memory lane to the tic tac workout. Back when Horn still worked out, Booty didnt hide in his garage, Stinger’s knuckles didnt drag on the ground from carrying stones around, and Belly Itcher wasnt humble bragging on twitter, there were tests of strength with various implements. Red Warrior had the sled- which his M didnt like in his fancy new garage so he donated it to a local private school, Rev Flo & I had the sand filled medicine balls, and the classic whistleblower (Chappy) had his famous tennis or basketballs.

Tic Tacs are a crowd pleaser, so we went for that. 95c at home depot, if you carry these little pavers around the hood in the morning you’ll be rocking the schmedium spring golf shirt at Church in no time.

The thang-
Gametime hit and 24ish suburban men of low impact each grabbed a tic tac (a paver).
Ran to Sharon ctr for 20SSH, 20 Sharon Towers, 20 Imp. Walkers, 20 Mtclimbers, 20 Peter Parkers
Off to the parking lot for 7s- Military Press & Squats
Down to Rutlege
Pair up, Each light, 3 man maker merkins one with and without the tick tac
Reverso back to speedbumps on rutledge, with Squats, switching tic tacs
Reverso when done down Rutlege one more time for Merkins and flapjack while one partner carries tic tacs
Speed forward to the Daycare lot- three laps while each partner stands like a cross, holding both tic tacs in each hand while the other runs the circle
Run up to the main lot- 2mins of LBCs.
Close it down.

There was a little bit of trivia today- its been 7 us presidents while Phil Mickelson had played at Augusta, where he had been in the top ten 15 times. This year, no Phil.

There was a little magic out there today. Perfect stories about spring break trips and what we’re all going to do next time we use a tic tac. Coach was always good with pointers and did break a little sweat after criticizing the light nature of the tictac (known at home improvemnt stores as a rumblestone). Pinkeye & Madras dropped and broke one, a sign of strong communication. Swap would have enjoyed the tour today but was unexpectedly out. We all left feeling a little higher than where we started.

Announcements- Pitino is crushing this new sleep late/get beer workout in the south end. We wrote a huge 23k check to the guys at MIP this past Saturday.
