The BackBlast:

20 men showed up this morning at Metro‘s best work out known as Mission I’m Possible  at the Charlotte Rescue Mission.  Old faces mixed with new as we proceeded to do the rounds near uptown Charlotte. If you haven’t been to this workout you are truly missing out. F3 has been involved with helping men conquer their addictions and work out their bodies since 2013 every Saturday at 9am that ends in a COT that is hard to walk away from unmoved.  It will be the best part of your week IMHO.

The PAX started out in the small parking lot to do some much-needed stretching and a few light exercises. Once all of the men had arrived following chapel service, we moseyed to the big parking lot and picked up some rocks:

Curls x3

Overhead press x3
Triceps extensions x3
Next we moseyed to the north side of Bank of America Stadium for the next set:
Flutters x3
Merkins x3
LBCs x3
SSH
A Mosey up 5 flights of stairs got us to the top of the parking garage where we saw the city laid out around us. It reminded us that our city continues to grow and change much like our lives always moving forward and getting better every day. We took deep breath‘s and thanked God for all our blessings. More importantly, we closed our eyes and thought of one specific person in our life who has changed us for the better. Then more body building:
Merkins- regular, diamond, double wide x3
LBCs
Flutters
Rosalitas
SSH
Then we moseyed back to the Panthers keep pounding tunnel and did Muhammad Ali‘s and overhead press air chairs.  Then back to the home base for the COT.
What an inspiration these men are to me!  Can’t wait for next week.
