Partner up by bell girth. Partner1 farmer carry 2 bells, partner2 do LBCs x 15 then chase. Flapjack and repeato thru the underground parking deck, take a right up the ramp and another right around the Mccormick/Reids side back to launch.

Mosey across Barclay Downs to Village Tavern patio for plank walks and some other filler… Back to launch for reunion with bells. Same farmer carry/chase with american hammers. To walgreens and back.

Transport bells to Dick’s front doors for Kuechley’s: 4 quarters offense/defense. defense = wall sits. offense = jump lunges and skaters. 8 total sections x 30sec each… back to launch for PommelHorses and TPPs. Fin.

Moleskin:
Sorry for the slap, Uncle. YHC had just gotten up 20min earlier and had to sht… this was THE workout for Festus. Farming and football- that’s what he do! Really needed guns and power tools to round it out- next time… 40 Thieves cloned himself! into a doctor in San Fran. FNG: Balco his brother. Balco was def ready for this one- no slacking for that guy on day 1… YHC completely believes Titan that he was going the “correct” way out the far side of the parking deck, but was overruled. South Park logistics. No matter, that shortcut provided time later for the Walgreens out-and-back… My partner Pitino had a much better bell for carries. Well worn. Years of courage. Pitino- let’s make pommelhorses a thing… we must’ve tripped the security camera at Dicks. Rollers showed up about 15 minutes later… sadly there was no Metallica or any music for this one. Thankfully Waffle retrieved my sad, unused speaker afterwards and delivered it.
