The BackBlast:

7 showed up to Bandit last Wednesday for a boring, monotonous workout but hopefully left the Pax sufficiently smoked.

The Thang:

  • Fast mosey to base of the lurker for quick COP – SSHs, squats, merkins, mountain climbers IC
  • Mosey to top of the lurker and partner up
  • Partner 1 runs to bottom of lurker and back while partner 2 does 20 merkins, 20 squats, and 20 sit ups in rotation; switch
  • Partner 1 runs to bottom of megatool and back while partner 2 does 20 merkins, 20 jump squats, and 20 Russian twists
  • Repeat each of those so each partner does two trips down and up both hills
  • Mosey back to the lot for a late arrival (sorry, fellas)

Skins:

Great to have the Q again at Bandit.  I needed it, but was not very creative.  I hadn’t been out to Bandit in a bit and considered several different options, but a trip to the Lurker/Megatool combo seemed like the best decision and the workout proved hard for everyone, but also kept us all together.  Great to see some familiar faces and get to meet some new guys too.
