COP at CommunityMatters lot: SSH, IW, Hillbillys, Birdfeeders… mosey west on Cedar to that building by the rock pile. Head up the stairs to the second story covered porch. Make as little noise as possible on account of the guy doing the conference call there.
Merkin ladders on the fence x 2 up/down. Plank rest. Merkin ladders up/down x 3… mosey to south on Morehead to the underpass. People’sChair, MuhammadAli’s, MikeTyson’s, air presses… mosey to left on Mint St. Pause at the next underpass for more of the same (10 counts only while in People’sChair)… mosey to Sam Mills statue. Partner up. Partner1 go right to the Panther statue and yell KEEP. Partner2 go left to the other Panther statue and yell KEEP. Reunite for POUNDING handslap merkins. Rinse and repeat x 3… mosey down Graham towards the Keep Pounding tunnel. Merkin wave x 12 KEEP POUNDING while holding plank… mosey back to Community Matters and down First Street to McNinch St. Short and sweet AYG jailbreak sprint back to home. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
The only confirmed part of the Rev sprained ankle story is that Rev sprained his ankle. No idea how, real story to follow… We could’ve entitled this “Keep Pounding” but good chance that’s already been used and will be used again… earlier beatdown from Pitino/Swingline overlooked nothing but left the door open for more upper body at MIP today. The tight and fast crew was up for the 2.5miles on strava with backweighted merkinfest wave… Speaking of which, that could’ve been a much quicker event. Yhc’s instructions were a bit hazy but it took us til about letter D to collectively figure it out… the Sam Mills idea arose about 10 seconds prior to that section of the program… Hellboy and yhc never recall moseying today’s direction around the stadium from MIP. Pls lmk if you know differently as yhc can only make this launch ~20% of time… Third time yhc ran into Kodak this week. Tripling our previous record… Tclaps to Valdez and Hellboy for doubling down as well… TTTclaps to Hellboy for the chef-ery on some awesome ribs… Cactus and Cargo were sprinting EVERYWHERE. Yhc thought for sure they were worn out for the final sprint. Alas, they still beat me but i’d like to re-do my slip at the starting gates… FNG! Yhc mis-remembers his first name but swimmer who is told regularly that he looks Russian. We couldn’t Velenskyy-ed him but we opted for the NSFK BreastsStroke, i mean, Breaststroke… ok let’s wrap this up.

Announcements: Cargo’s AA group is hosting a family event at Nevin Park on Statesville Rd (south of Sunset Rd/Old Statesville Rd) on Saturday June 3 at 1pm. Bring some food or eat theirs… Mother’s Day is tomorrow. Get her that F3 gear she’s always wanted. And make it a great day… Prayer requests for Swiss in his job hunt, HE and his family as their daughter continues her struggles, Gizzard for speedy recovery from a hip replacement surgery on Friday, Rev for his sprained ankle, and one yhc failed to mention- for Megatron aka David Jackson. David is a recent rebound graduate who got a job and apartment. However he went dark on us about 3 weeks ago. Pls pray…
