MIP IS BACK!



The BackBlast:

Intro:  Perfect morning for this thing we call Mission: I’m Possible.  73 degrees and 8 FNG’s can’t be wrong.

 

The Thang:  Warmup exercises with co-Q’s Valdez and Beaver.  Stretches, Merkins, Dollies, Dying Cockroaches etc. followed by lining up along the wall for more.  Here we did more merkins, donkey kicks and overhead presses with Valdez on the leader.  Then we moseyed down to the rock curl lot where Beaver led in 3 sets of curls (for the girls), overhead press and Goblin (goblet) squats followed by tricep extensions.

 

Naked Man Moleskin:  We had a blast re-entering the world of the second F… and realized the first and third F’s are hard when the virus took F2 away from us for a couple of months.  Fellowship really is the key to this thing we call F3.  Nothing can beat a workout that is followed by a group of men aiming to better themselves and each other.  We finished up with the COT and many members of the PAX said their own prayers with the group.  I for one was blessed to have my son with me and got to share this great experience with him.  This is Metro’s best workout and truly exemplifies what it means to give back to your community.
