Who wants to have some “fun”?

Apparently only 4 of us wanted to partake in the 4th F. We started with a warmup of Merkins, Imperial Walkers, and Side-Straddle Hops. Then I took all the non-runners on a nice run…..hehehe. We took a short break at Marsh and South Blvd to do some Morning Wood, Imperial Squat Walkers, and Star Jacks. All of us live in Sedgefield so there was a lot of chatter about the hood (Poker games, Burger King, greeks, robberies, new apartment complexes, having it your way, etc.). We then moseyed across South Blvd and took a left at the light rail trail. We stopped at the new Platform Building for some station work. Step ups, Derkins, People Chair, Stairs (I love the stairs), Dips, Calf Raises, Toes Touches on the wall, and stair hops (I love the stairs), all for a minute each. I then took the non-runners to the parking lot of the Lynx Building for some more running (and Burpees)…..hehehe. We then moseyed back to the church but stopped for a game of frogger at South Blvd and some Low Slow Squats. We finished up with a dash…..hehehe. Maybe 75 yards, but who knows because Scrooge almost stepped on a dead baby squirrel and distracted everyone. Actually, no one really paid him any attention. Scrooge was hauling @ss though. I believe he was hopped up on Mountain Dew or something. Back at the COT, there was more neighborhood chatter (where were you LLC, Bodybag, and Odin?). Announcements included Labor Day Convergence at Sedgefield UMC on 9/4, 2nd F Happy Hour at Town Brewing on 9/13, and picking next week’s Q at Razor-S-Edge. You’ll have to come out next week to see who we selected. I promise it will be “fun”!
