MIP Workouts at Camp Thunderbird

Are you guys just dying to lead an MIP workout for the Rebound men?!

Now is your chance.  Others are invited to co-Q, so like a chain letter, feel free to  forward this to whomever you want.

CRM and Camp Thunderbird have asked me to coordinate a workout while the Rebound men are at Camp Thunderbird this week.  I offered to drive out there and lead, but they prefer a virtual Zoom workout or recording.  So to get this pulled together on the fly, I’m assuming we go with pre-recorded, although if they get back to me with a specific time, I’ll see who I can round up to get on zoom with me to do it live.  Otherwise, I’ll use pre-recorded videos.

Here’s what I need, actually not what I need, but the Rebound MIP pax need:

Put on your nicest F3 shirt and record with your phone three exercises that you lead with all the F3 appropriate callouts and send to me.  I will put together for them to be played at Camp Thunderbird this week while the Rebound men are visiting the Camp.

Slow and deliberate:

“Next exercise is” (pause)

Call out the exercise

“Demonstration”

Demonstrate one rep of the exercise, no matter how simple it might be since there will be men who haven’t done F3 before.

“Starting Position,  Move” (pause)

“In Cadence” (pause)

“Exercise”

Count off  and do 10 to 20 reps of the exercise.

Add whatever mumble chatter comments you want before or after your called exercise.

Let’s do this.

I need this by 5 pm tomorrow if possible.  It doesn’t need to be perfect.  We aren’t professionals, right!

Email this group, and whoever gets added along the way, what 3 exercises you plan to lead.

If they decide to zoom it, I’ll get it out on Twitter and Slack and we can get a bunch of men to join us.

Send me any questions you have, attached is an example video of the first exercise, no surprise – SSH.  I’ll probably re-record to get the sound louder.
