A new Bible study has started ! Open to all, convenient for those in the Plaza Midwood area. Upstairs at the Giddy goat we have a great area to ourselves. Giddy goat has awesome breakfasts in addition to the coffee they roast themselves.
Our study will be focused around William Barclay’s writings. While Barclay did his most prolific writing 60 years ago, his work holds true now more than ever. A Scottish preacher, he taught in Seminary and at the University of Glasgow. His writings are academic, but easy to read and understand.

We will do more than just read the bible–we will understand the history and the climate around the stories. Barclay will breakdown the words and give the origin of different phrases in Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic. Starting with Mathew, we will work our way through the New testament.
