The BackBlast:
The PAX had nowhere to hide with silent Bob running the show with just over 3.5 miles of Cotswold asphalt. Started with a warm up to the PUMC parking lot for ssh, Merkins, Peter Parker’s, and squats. Then crossed Providence on Ferncliff and ran down Danbury stopping at cross streets for 20 merkins and 20 squats until Andover. On Andover the call was 25 lbc’s until woodlark. Stopped at Sharon amity (but probably could have made it across) for some flutters then to Clover.
Tha Thang:
Clover, Orient, Crosby, and Westbury formed the 4 corners and I sensed Dean smiling. 15 diamonds at each corner for round one and then 10 jump squats at each corner for round 2. A short jog on top of the hotbox for dips and then to the the sidewalk in front of Leroy fox for derkins. 3 rounds.
