Seven superior men showed this morning for the Revolution workout. It was old school all the way, with various of us nursing aches of one kind or another. Chilly and clear, but the dawn of a beautiful day for sure. We covered much of our west side territory with running, bear crawls, and a good bit of rock work. YHC, knowledgeable about so many things, was unaware that these men preferred 45 minutes of pain to 60. So we went into overtime as nobody pleaded for relief. A good time was had by all, especially your Q!
