21 Pax showed up including 2 FNG for the return of RKD’s Dojo beatdown. Mosey, SSH, STORM TROOPERS, Abe Vigoda’s, Penny Pickers kicked off the day. Big Shout out to Valdeez for the impromptu trash detail! Spiderman crawl, dips and Al Gore’s as the appetizer. Mosey for some Rock work including Twist n Shouts with Rock LBC’s. More mosey for a spirited group of 7’s with plank jacks and durkins. MORE mosey to close out with a little F3 version of Cupid Shuffle. Despite Dredd’s request, there was NO singing! Strong showing by the Pax today. Sorry for the names I forgot! Shout out to our now FORMER FNG’s #Swamp and my son-in-law 11b–WELCOME!!!
